Mavor's is the stylish bistro and bar in Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown. Relax over lunch in the open-air garden, or enjoy pre-theatre dining in the modern atmosphere of the bistro. You can even bring your laptop and enjoy our free wireless internet access!
Stop by Mavor's Bar for a specialty martini or savour our fine wines served by the glass – the only way to start or end your evening! We also offer a wide variety of wines by the glass and arguably the best martinis in town.
Please note that our menu changes often. We use Island growers, producers, and products whenever possible.

Chef Tyler Gallant’s passion is to serve fresh, local, made from scratch food. The kitchen staff bakes its own fresh bread and hand cut pasta for the restaurant. Tyler’s goal is to take the freshest most beautiful and sometimes unique products mess with them as little as possible just to bring out there natural flavor.
General Manager Food and Beverage and sommelier Linda Dickie’s passion is finding the perfect wine pairing to complement your meal.
