Charlottetown – The Fringe Festival is back at the Confederation Centre of the Arts this year and is kicking things off with a launch on Monday, June 16 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Centre’s Studio Theatre.
The Charlottetown Festival’s Associate Artistic Director, Wade Lynch, and Fringe coordinator, Alix MacLean, will announce exciting new additions to this year’s Fringe Festival. The launch will also feature an excerpt from a play written by Jenna MacMillan and Alix MacLean and a short film by Jeremy Larter.
The launch is a free event and refreshments will be served.
The second annual Fringe Festival, showcasing work in Theatre, Film, Spoken Word and Movement runs from August 27 to 31 at the Confederation of the Arts.
