The eighth annual Behind the Red Velvet fundraiser gala was a huge success! With over a hundred guests, the event raised more than $41,000 for visual and performing arts programming for young people at the Centre.
From drinks in the Speakeasy to a four course meal with Chef Kurtis Ellis on the Homburg theatre stage, it was a fabulous event and our guests looked ravishing in their Roaring 1920’s attire!
The confederation Centre of the Arts would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all those who attended this year’s event in support of youth programming! Behind the Red Velvet will be back Saturday, March 5th 2011.
