Homburg Theatre
The Homburg Theatre seats 1102 on two levels. It is a wide theatre with no centre aisle. The aisles on the main level are located at the end of the rows. There is a safety bar on the first row balcony which may obstruct some patrons view. Also, the last row of our balcony has limited room. Please see Accessibility below for access information.

The Mack
The Mack is located on the corner of Grafton Street and University Avenue. The Theatre seats 200 and is cabaret style (tables and chairs). Seating in the theatre is reserved. Please note that some evening performances at the Mack are licensed to 19 years of age and over as alcohol is served.

Studio 1
Studio 1 is a general admission theatre (first come, first seated). Theatre setup and seating varies based on the performance. Please ask our Box Office representative for seating details for your performance. Studio 1 is located in our main complex on the main level, next to Mavor's Bistro &  Bar.

Studio 2
Studio 2 is a general admission theatre (first come, first seated). Theatre setup and seating varies based on the performance. Please ask our Box Office representative for seating details for your performance. Studio 2 is located in our main complex on the main level, next to Memorial Hall.

Special Needs
Any patrons with special needs should discuss their needs with a Box Office Representative when booking their tickets.

Accessibility
Patrons who are in wheelchairs or have difficulty climbing stairs may use the elevator located beside the main Box Office Entrance on the corner of Queen and Grafton streets. This elevator will bring you to the lower foyer for access to the Box Office, the entrance to the Homburg Theatre, The Showcase Gift Shop and Mavor’s Bistro and Bar. This elevator can also bring you to the Grafton Street Plaza to gain access to the upper theatre foyer, CCOA Art Gallery or Confederation Centre Library.

The building is also accessible through the Richmond Street entrance, where a lift brings you to the foyer level for access to the Administration Offices, Box Office, the entrance to the theatre, The Showcase Gift Shop and Mavor’s Bistro & Bar.

Access to the theatre for guests unable to climb stairs is gained by an elevator on Aisle 2 and does not access the balcony.

Hearing Devices
The theatre is equipped with an infra-red listening system. Receivers may be obtained from the Front of House staff on a first-come-first-served basis.

Booster Seats
Booster seats are available from Front of House Staff before the performance. These are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

Refreshments
For most of our performances, refreshments and snacks are available before the performance and during intermission.Alcoholic beverages are also served at some of our performances. All snacks and refreshments purchased on site at concessions are permitted into the theatre. Please note that many of our concession products may contain peanuts or peanut oil.

BOOKING TICKETS 

Ordering tickets online at www.charlottetownfestival.com is quick, easy and convenient. Our senior, student and children‘s discounts are available online. ID may be required when picking up tickets or upon entering our theatres.

You may also call our Box Office toll-free at 1-800-565-0278 or at 566-1267. Box Office hours vary depending on the time of year, but we are always open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., A.S.T. During peak summer periods, we are open 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please call the Box Office for current hours of operation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION 
Personal information gathered by our Box Office staff when processing your ticket order may be used for marketing or fundraising purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to have your information used for these purposes. Your information will NOT be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties.

SERVICE CHARGES 
There is a $2.75 service charge (Charlottetown Festival) and $1.75 ( Live @ the Centre) per ticket for all phone, mail, fax and internet orders.  All Homburg Theatre ticket prices include a $2 capital improvement fee.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS 
We will gladly refund or exchange any ticket up to the last business day PRIOR to the performance minus a $3 service charge per ticket. There are no refunds or exchanges on or after the day of the performance.

BABES IN ARMS 
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our performances. Please contact the Box Office for details. All guests, regardless of age, require a paid ticket.

SPECIAL SERVICES 
Please notify the Box Office at time of purchasing if you have special needs of which we should be aware. Our theatres are accessible to persons with disabilities. The Homburg Theatre is equipped with an infrared listening system. Listening devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booster seats are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER 
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance. These guests will be seated where it will not interfere with other guests‘ enjoyment of the performance. For the comfort of guests with allergies, please do not wear fragrances in our theatres.

For copyright purposes, the use of cameras, video cameras and sound recording devices is prohibited in our theatres. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers before entering the theatre.
