Located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, the Confederation Centre offers one of the largest convention and meeting facilities on Prince Edward Island.
Great Location
The Centre is within walking distance from three major hotels, shops and restaurants, and is located next to Province House, where the Fathers of Confederation met in 1864.
A Variety of Unique Spaces to Meet Your Needs
An excellent performance venue, the Mainstage Theatre offers seating for 1,100. If it’s a theatrical dining experience you seek, ask about hosting a banquet on the Mainstage – an experience your delegates will never forget.
A relaxing venue, the cabaret-style Mack Theatre is perfect for entertaining your group after a busy day of meetings. Let your delegates get into the spirit of things with a cocktail hour for up to 350 or a dinner for up to 900 people. After dinner, sit back, relax and enjoy great entertainment!
The heart of the Confederation Centre, Memorial Hall looks directly out on historic Province House where Canadian Confederation was born in 1864. Its marble-lined walls and glass roof create an elegant ambiance, perfect for your event.
The Confederation Centre Art Gallery is the perfect setting for your group function, whether a banquet, reception or business meeting. The gallery’s permanent collection includes over 15,000 works of historic and contemporary art by Canadian artists. Your guests will love this inspiring setting!
The Centre is also particularly well suited for exhibition and trade shows, due to its expansive rooms and high ceilings. All standard audio-visual equipment and power is readily available, and special requirements such as translation booths can be arranged with advance notice.
