The Friends of the Confederation Centre are organizing an old fashioned auction. The purpose is to raise funds to establish an arts scholarship endowment fund for Island students. They are seeking donations of antiques, furniture, china, paintings and other good quality items. Income tax receipts will be issued for the fair market value of donated items.

The auction is on Saturday, September 20. Viewing begins at 6 pm, auction begins at 7 pm in Memorial Hall at the Confederation Centre of the Arts. The auctioneer will be Moe Monaghan.

The Friends will pick up items at your convenience. Help Island students pursue their passion for the arts!
